About Me

Hi, my name is Kym. I'm a Black Librarian and this is my blog. I've been working in libraries for well over 10 years and I'm in the unique position to not only see what's going on with the librarians that I work with, but librarians across the country through various federal projects and other random things. 

I love what I do, I feel a passion for it, and at the same time, it makes me want to slam my head into the wall. 

Right not I hope to use this space to write about books I'm reading, and books I want to read, but there may very well be some library talk mixed in as well. I've blogged on and off for about as long as I've worked in libraries and I decided to start again.

Here, I hope to process my thoughts, and post some book stuff!
